Production Manager

In this role, you would be responsible for the delivery of EXACOM orders to customers.  This individual must have a strong knowledge of computer hardware and software debugging techniques as well as image and software deployment of systems and software.   Experience with purchasing, inventory, RMA, and documentation processes is required.

Desired Skills and Experience

 

 Qualifications:

  • Associates degree (AA-AS degree) plus 4+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work with every department.
  • Strong and effective hands-on supervisory capability within a production environment. Proven experience doing workforce planning and effectively motivating and managing individuals and teams. 
  • Quality and efficiency-driven mindset; attention to detail.
  • Strong collaborative, follow-up and interpersonal skills (at all organizational levels).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of problem-solving processes.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
  • Understanding of data networking, VoIP, telecommunications wiring and Windows Server 2008/2012 based systems.

 

  Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience with Quality Management Practices and ISO Certifications.
  • Detailed individual with analytic capabilities.
