Built for Emergency Dispatch

Recording Communications at Dispatch Centers

Dispatch centers face unique challenges daily that demand a reliable logging recorder system. They need to access ongoing recordings as they happen, and recordings must be available post-incident for use as evidence. Recordings also play a vital role in Quality Assurance to improve dispatch center and call-taker performance.

Exacom has installed dispatch recording systems in centers across the country, so we are well-versed in your unique challenges.

  1. Find your recordings via one of 14 search/filter features
  2. If needed, annotate the audio/video using bookmarks and tag by incident # for easy grouping
  3. Download all related recordings at once, either individually or grouped
  4. Audio, and any associated metadata (including RapidSOS data), downloads in a concise ZIP file
  5. That file can easily be saved to a shared network location, online location like Google Drive or OneDrive, burned to a USB stick, or emailed.
