Exacom is seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a critical role within our organization. As Channel Marketing Manager, your efforts will directly influence our revenue growth and market expansion. You will play a key role in building and nurturing relationships with our strategic partners, ensuring that our brand is well-represented and that our marketing efforts drive substantial business results.
Essential Functions
You will work with cutting-edge tools and platforms to ensure that our marketing efforts are both efficient and effective. These include Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM and partner relationship management, Net-Results for marketing automation, GoToWebinar for webinars, Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making, and Adobe tools for generating collateral.
As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the channel sales team to define key target accounts and develop strategies to engage various partner types and specific key individual partners. You will be responsible for driving demand generation within channel partners, creating marketing campaign templates, managing co-branded marketing efforts, and fostering strong relationships with partners. Your role is critical to aligning marketing objectives with sales goals and ensuring the success and growth of channel partnerships.
The Channel Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of Marketing in our Manchester, NH, office and will work closely with the Marketing Team, Sales Team, Product Management Team, and C-Suite. While this position does not initially include direct reports, there is potential to build and lead a team as the channel marketing function grows.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the channel sales team to define key target accounts and devise strategies to engage each partner type and specific key individual partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to develop a holistic, multi-channel marketing strategy that promotes a clearly defined value proposition across all marketing platforms.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with channel partners through regular communication, support, and collaborative planning. Develop strong relationships with partners’ marketing teams to drive key marketing initiatives.
- Co-Marketing Initiatives: Develop and manage co-marketing initiatives, including campaign templates, partner kits, and co-branded assets. Oversee co-branded email campaigns, collateral production, and tradeshow strategies to enhance partner engagement and drive business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of objectives and maximization of results.
- Event Management: Organize and participate in partner events, conferences, and webinars to enhance visibility and strengthen partner networks.
- Budget Management: Manage the channel marketing budget to ensure a strong return on investment for all marketing programs.
- Partner Alignment: Align with strategic partners to create unique demand generation campaigns that drive business as part of the partnership.
Skills & Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in channel marketing with a proven track record of building and growing channel partnerships throughout the United States.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Experience working with a variety of partner types, including distributors, value-added resellers (VARs), managed service providers (MSSPs), and system integrators.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to overcome challenges with innovative solutions.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Industry experience in cybersecurity and/or telecommunications.
- Experience with SaaS solutions.
