This valuable integration provides HindSight 4 customers with the ability to record and log all incoming and outgoing calls from the Microsoft Teams platform. The integration will support call recording for Teams to Teams, Teams to phone, and phone to Teams configurations.
Adding an integration for Microsoft Teams call recording to the HindSight 4 multimedia logging recorders capabilities gives Exacom customers an intuitive, reliable and resilient communications option that is scalable and will enhance incident management in public safety and critical communication operations. All recordings can be easily accessed through a secure internet browser.

The integration offers HindSight 4 users an option to streamline mission-critical communications to a one recorder logging platform. With the Microsoft Teams integration, Exacom offers on-premise COTS Logging Recorder Hardware, Virtual Logging Recorder Systems, and Cloud Logging Recorders deployment options that are IT-friendly.
A Single Pane of Glass for Communications
Microsoft Teams calls can be recorded alongside telephony and VoIP, radio, Text-to-911 (SMS), and screen video with only limited IT resources required for simple integration.
The Microsoft’s Teams platform provides the public safety and critical communications sectors with additional emergency contact options and is already in-use with college campus security, emergency services, as well as law enforcement and public safety organizations.
