Concord, NH: Exacom, an industry leader in advanced communications recording solutions, recently completed the successful integration of the HindSight recording platform with Priority Dispatch’s AQUA 7 Ascent Quality Assurance software. This support allows for Exacom’s HindSight recordings to be shared with and accessed directly from the AQUA user interface and greatly enhances the Quality Assurance user’s experience.

The HindSight platform is a multimedia recording solution that the meets the demands of public safety, homeland security, defense, utilities and transportation industries. AQUA 7 Ascent software totally automates the dispatch case review process and this support from the HindSight platform provides the necessary link to bridge the two together.
