NICE Systems is an Israeli software company that provides solutions for customer experience and compliance. The company is headquartered in Ra’anana, Israel. While NICE has a strong reputation for its enterprise call center recording solutions, they have also been able to successfully sell these solutions to public safety agencies. The company initially focused on developing technology for security and defense applications, but soon refocused their efforts on civilian applications, mainly for contact center, financial services and business intelligence markets. Their reported company size was 7,102 employees in 2021. Their shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
