Through this one-way integration, the Incident Number generated by Intergraph CAD is automatically pushed into HindSight. This unique identifier links every 911 call to the corresponding incident.

Users can easily search recordings directly by Incident ID, eliminating the need to manually cross reference calls or timestamps.

When an incident is closed, the Intergraph CAD Incident Number is pushed into HindSight, we automatically create the incident for you within our incident manager. No need to search and filter for the specific recordings you need to reconstruct an incident.
