Job Description

In this role, you would be a highly experienced and key contributor to the EXACOM Field and Support team where you will manage both large and small projects. You will be responsible for projects from the initial order to the final stage of handoff to long-term support. Your primary goal will be to efficiently complete new projects as well as assist with the installation process. This position reports to the Manager of Customer Support and will perform the following key functions:

  • Travel to customer locations as necessary for installations and support of projects.
  • Work remotely with customers to plan out the details of the projects.
  • Effectively and efficiently plan projects and timelines.
  • Manage many projects simultaneously on a week-to-week basis.
  • Provide customer training on EXACOM application.
  • Ability to perform installations from time to time including necessary telecommunications wiring and systems deployment.
