Exacom Earns Gold Qualification from Avtec for Compatibility With Scout Dispatch Console Systems

news

The gold qualification — Avtec’s top compatibility tier — means that the Scout Console seamlessly works with Exacom’s Hindsight-G2™ enabling the capture and play back audio, capture and display of metadata, and the search and filtering of recordings using metadata.  These logging capabilities are critical to facilitate forensic incident reconstruction and investigation analysis.  This is particularly vital in mission-critical settings such as 911 emergency call centers, and in critical infrastructure dispatch environments for utilities, airlines, and railroads.
